Las Granadas is a 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom house set in lovely, landscaped grounds with its own heated pool and many delightful terraces and garden areas. It is a house with character and lovely Spanish-style features. It was built by the original owners with large-scale entertaining in mind. The living room and kitchen areas flow into the huge terrace that runs along the rear of the property, creating an area that always becomes the focus for holidays with family and friends with a barbecue cooking and dining area at one end; teak loungers under the awnings for relaxing or sunbathing away from the pool; a comfortable terrace lounge and fabulous views across the valley to the Mediterranean (10km) and the Atlas mountains of Morocco beyond.

The house is on three levels. On the Ground Floor is an entrance lobby and cloakroom, split level living room with two open fires, a fully equipped kitchen (36m²) with dining tables and seating for all guests. Large patio doors across the rear of the property open on to the 150m² terrace which is fitted with adjustable awnings providing welcome shade. On the First Floor is the Master bedroom, dressing room with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom and twin bedroom and on the Lower Ground Floor there are four guest bedrooms (three with ensuite shower rooms) and a family bathroom. The bedrooms, kitchen and main living room area have ceramic tiled floors and are all fitted with ceiling fans that keep them cool and welcoming at the hottest times of year. At cooler times independent oil-filled radiators and open log fires can be used.
